Stuck? Here's how to get unstuck.

If something in Wemob isn't working the way you expect, we want to know. We're a small team and we read every message — no ticketing bots, no long response queues, no deflection scripts.

Email us#

For anything account-related, billing questions, bug reports, or just a question you couldn't answer with the docs: write to hello@wemob.io. You should hear back within a day on weekdays, usually faster.

Urgent issues#

If your live site is down or you're losing sales because of a Wemob problem, email us with URGENTin the subject line. We'll jump on it immediately.

Feature requests#

If there's something you wish Wemob did that it doesn't, please tell us. Feature requests genuinely shape what we build next — the more people ask for a thing, the more likely we are to prioritize it. Post in the community or email.

Before you write
If you're reporting a bug, the things that help us most are: what you were trying to do, what you saw instead, and the URL of the project where it happened. Screenshots are always welcome.
