Wemob
Getting started

Quick start

Make your first website with Wemob in about five minutes.

This is the shortest possible version of the Wemob experience. No install, no configuration, no account setup beyond an email address. Follow these six steps and you'll have something you've made yourself, living on the internet, before your coffee gets cold.

What you'll need
An email address and about five minutes. No credit card. You can use any modern browser on any computer or phone.

1. Sign up#

Go to dashboard.wemob.io and sign up with your email address or a Google account. You won't be asked for a credit card. After signing up, you'll land on the home screen with a single box waiting for you to type in.

2. Describe what you want#

In the box at the top of the home screen, write a sentence or two describing what you want to build. Be specific about the kind of thing (landing page, shop, portfolio) and how you want it to feel (warm, minimal, playful, elegant).

Examples of good prompts
“A warm, editorial café landing page with a menu and online reservations.”

“A minimalist portfolio for a black-and-white photographer, with a gallery and an about page.”

“A playful one-page wedding invite for Sam and Mina, with a map and RSVP form.”

When you're ready, press or click the Build button.

3. Answer a few questions#

Before making anything, Wemob will usually ask you one or two short questions to understand what you want. These appear in the chat as simple multiple-choice cards — pick one or type a custom answer. They're quick, and they make a real difference in the result.

Example questions you might see: “Which mood feels closest to what you want?”, “Should this have a reservation form?”, “Do you want to sell things online?”

4. Watch it build#

Once Wemob has your answers, it starts working. On the right side of the screen you'll see a live preview of your site taking shape — first a header, then a hero, then each section appearing one by one. On the left, the chat shows what Wemob is doing.

The first time you open a new project, the preview takes twenty to sixty seconds to appear because it has to set itself up. Don't worry if it seems slow the first time — every following change is instant.

5. Refine it#

When the first version is ready, keep chatting. Every message becomes a change. Try things like:

  • “Make the hero bigger and more dramatic.”
  • “Use a warmer color palette.”
  • “Add a section for testimonials.”
  • “Make the phone version cleaner.”
  • “Change the headline to say ‘Slow mornings, Italian afternoons.’”

If you don't like a change, you can undo it — Wemob automatically saves a version of your project before each edit, so rolling back is always one click.

6. Publish it#

When you're happy, click the Deploy button in the top-right corner. Wemob will put your site online at a free address like your-project.wemob.app, which you can share with anyone immediately.

If you have your own domain (like oliveto.cafe), you can connect it in about two minutes — see Custom domains.

That's it, really
That's the whole loop: describe, watch, refine, publish. Everything else in these docs is variations on the same idea.
